The hype around AI Agents is huge. But what does it really mean in practice? Sander, together with Dennis de Vries, Krijn Schuurman, and Jaap Kooij, contrasts expectations with reality and shows where AI Agents are already delivering real value today: from automating customer service to supporting complex healthcare needs and accelerating sales processes in B2B environments.
One topic that often remains underexplored is data privacy & security. Many companies implementing AI agents do not adequately consider the security of their employees' and customers' data. Where is data processed? Which personal data comes into contact with an LLM? And who is responsible for it? These are questions that many organizations ask too late.
Conversed.ai approaches this fundamentally differently: personal data is kept outside of LLMs as much as possible and pseudonymized where necessary. All LLM models used by Conversed.ai run within the EU, and contractual agreements have been made with all LLM providers that explicitly exclude the use of customer conversations for model training.
Conversed.ai has been working for 8 years on the practical implementation of conversational AI, via chat, voice, email, and tickets, and knows better than anyone what it takes to successfully and safely implement AI Agents within an organization. Not only technically, but also in terms of autonomy, infrastructure, and trust.
