We are a successful AI scale-up with an ambitious and fun team, great clients and lots of traction in the market. We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Solutions Engineer who is entrepreneurial, likes to take the lead and loves an environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility.
In this role, you'll translate real business challenges into working AI Agents that solve real customer problems. You'll combine LLM expertise with smart integrations, continuous improvement drive and a healthy sense of customer happiness. You combine LLM expertise with platform integration, accuracy improvement and customer-centric thinking. You will help us continue to expand the capabilities of the platform as we continue to grow.
Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, you will work closely with product, engineering and customer teams to put advanced AI solutions into practice.
YOUR ROLE
As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving our AI Agent solutions. You will guide customers through technical choices, develop integrations and ensure our Agents deliver real value within industries such as B2B SaaS, E-commerce, HR, IT, Healthcare and NGOs. You'll combine technical depth with business acumen: improving performance, enabling automation and helping realize scalable solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Integration and API work
- Develop and manage REST API connections between the AI platform and client environments along with our development team
- Implement AI Agents in live environments such as Microsoft Teams, web widgets and other chat platforms
- Collaborate with the product team and provide input to the roadmap based on practical experience
Building customer-specific solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with customers
- Build custom logic, flows and automation that integrate with customer systems
- Work directly with customers to implement use cases through AI agents
- Debugging agents and deploying them in production
Develop AI features for the platform
- Figuring out and designing new AI features such as voice integrations and MCP and prototyping them
- Further develop RLHF and combine it with knowledge articles to increase accuracy
- Build orchestration logic for multi-agent scenarios where tasks are automatically distributed to different agents
AI development and optimization
- Our AI Agents optimize via RAG pipelines, guardrails, feedback loops and fine tuning.
- Refine prompts to improve relevance and maintain tone-of-voice
- Establish and improve RAG pipelines with better context sources and chunking strategies
- Analyze and correct erroneous model output
Improve data and accuracy
- Cleaning up and structuring datasets to better train LLMs
- Apply best practices for reinforcement learning
- Improve agent output with a data-driven approach
THIS IS YOUR DREAM JOB IF YOU
- Have experience delivering IT or AI projects to clients
- Gets energy from turning customer problems into working AI solutions
- Familiar with AI integrations, JavaScript (Node.js), AWS, MongoDB and REST APIs
- Have experience with or are eager to learn prompt design, MCP, ML, LLMs and NLP
- Are passionate about the latest developments in AI
- Easily switch between a video call with a client and fixing a bug in the Node.js backend
- Want to launch and improve things quickly based on real data
