We are a successful AI scale-up with an ambitious and fun team, great clients and lots of traction in the market. We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Solutions Engineer who is entrepreneurial, likes to take the lead and loves an environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility.
Your role
You translate real business challenges into working AI Agents.
You combine LLM expertise with platform integration, accuracy improvement, and customer-centric thinking. You design, implement, and improve our AI Agent solutions, guide customers through technical choices, and ensure that our Agents deliver real value within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, HR, IT, NGOs, Healthcare and more.
Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, you will work closely with product, engineering and customer teams to put advanced AI solutions into practice.
What you are going to do
From API integration to RAG pipeline: you build, improve, and roll out together with customers and our development team.
Integration and API work
- You develop and manage REST API connections between the AI platform and client environments, together with our development team.
- You implement AI Agents in live environments such as Microsoft Teams, web widgets, and other chat platforms.
- You contribute to the roadmap based on your practical experience, together with the product team.
Building customer-specific solutions
- You translate business requirements together with customers into technical solutions.
- You build custom logic, flows, and automation that integrate with customer systems.
- You work directly with customers to implement use cases using AI agents.
- You debug agents and roll them out into production.
Develop AI features for the platform
- You research and design new AI features, such as voice integrations and MCP, and create prototypes.
- You further develop RLHF and combine it with knowledge articles to increase accuracy.
- You build orchestration logic for multi-agent scenarios, where tasks are automatically distributed across different agents.
AI development and optimization
- You optimize our AI Agents through RAG pipelines, guardrails, feedback loops, and fine-tuning.
- You refine prompts to improve relevance and maintain the tone of voice.
- You deploy RAG pipelines and improve them with better context sources and chunking strategies.
- You analyze erroneous model output and improve it.
Improve data and accuracy
- You collect datasets and structure them to better train LLMs.
- You apply best practices for reinforcement learning.
- You improve the output of agents with a data-driven approach.

- You have experience delivering IT or AI projects for clients.
- Energy transforms customer problems into working AI solutions.
- Experienced with AI integrations, JavaScript (Node.js), AWS, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
- You have experience with, or are curious about, prompt design, MCP, ML, LLMs, and NLP.
- You are passionate about the latest developments in AI.
- Easily switch between a video call with a customer and fixing a bug in the Node.js backend.
- Want to launch and improve things quickly based on real data.
- You can avoid complexity and focus on impact.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented and action-oriented.
- Speaks and writes fluently Dutch and English.
