We are a successful AI scale-up with an ambitious and fun team, great clients and lots of traction in the market. We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Solutions Engineer who is entrepreneurial, likes to take the lead and loves an environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this role, you'll translate real business challenges into working AI Agents that solve real customer problems. You'll combine LLM expertise with smart integrations, continuous improvement drive and a healthy sense of customer happiness. You combine LLM expertise with platform integration, accuracy improvement and customer-centric thinking. You will help us continue to expand the capabilities of the platform as we continue to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, you will work closely with product, engineering and customer teams to put advanced AI solutions into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOUR ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving our AI Agent solutions. You will guide customers through technical choices, develop integrations and ensure our Agents deliver real value within industries such as B2B SaaS, E-commerce, HR, IT, Healthcare and NGOs. You'll combine technical depth with business acumen: improving performance, enabling automation and helping realize scalable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
