You start your day by checking and responding to outstanding customer requests, support tickets and questions. During a short Slack huddle, you discuss the status of projects with your colleagues, provide updates on timelines and discuss when A.I. assistants will be released by the development team. You give a short briefing to the Head of Product on a customer request for a new feature. Before lunch you prepare an on-boarding session with a new customer. After lunch you immediately dive into a call and discuss with the new customer all the conditions, requirements and wishes for the A.I. assistant that will be created. Then you make your own adjustments to the design and design of a number of A.I. assistants via the Conversed.ai platform. At the end of the day, you'll have a short Slack huddle to celebrate the cool onboarding of a new client with the COO, and you'll discuss together what, if any, support you might need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversed.ai, a fast-growing AI Assistant & AI Agent platform, is seeking a Project Manager - Team A.I. to join our team. From day one you will work on managing a wide variety of projects (A.I. assistants). You will support customers with onboarding, design, development and implementation. You are the go-to person between different customers and the internal teams. In the coming years, this role will become one of the most important and central roles within Conversed.ai. In which you can advance (if you want to!) to Senior Project Manager or even Head of Projects. You will be able to lead a growing team of Junior Project Managers. More and more customers are going to use the Conversed.ai platform, and scaling up all project management processes is essential for the success of our customers, platform and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Head of Product<\/em>: All feedback you receive from customers about the A.I. assistants you share with our Head of Product. This feedback is super important to improve the platform and the A.I. products. You hear, feel and know what is going on with customers.
\u2013 Sales & Marketing team<\/em>: Successes of A.I. assistants and clients need to be celebrated, the world needs to hear more about them. Together with the Sales & Marketing team you will work on client cases, award entries and blogs.
\u2013 - Future Project Managers<\/em>: We are a fast growing organization and in the coming years we are going to add more Project Managers to the team. If you want to, can and think this is cool: you may advance to a role as Senior Project Manager \/ Head of Projects in which you will educate, train and mentor junior Project Managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- As a Project Manager, it is also helpful if you occasionally visit our clients' offices. This is about 1x per month. We have a flexible way of working and you will have the space to set your own schedule. Please note that most of our clients work from Monday to Friday. So convenient if you keep that in mind.
